‘Awkwafina is Nora from Queens’ Season 3 Soundtrack Released, Music by Tangelene Bolton

The soundtrack has been released for the third season of Awkwafina is Nora from Queens, composed by Tangelene Bolton in collaboration with Hotae Alexander Jang! Created by Awkwafina and Teresa Hsiao, the show premiered April 26th on Comedy Central and promises to deliver the same hilarious yet poignant moments following Nora's adventures as we've seen in the past seasons.

Blending a mix of lofi electronic hip hop and the occasional orchestral embellishment, Tangelene and Hotae have created an extremely unique sonic profile for the series. Laidback chillwave synths with satisfying rhythmic percussion wash over the listener as Nora straddles the line between fantasy and reality, sometimes grappling overwhelming anxieties with the help of a little high and comic relief.
