Tangelene Bolton Speaks on AWFC Inside Session Panel “Women Composers in Animation”
The Alliance for Women Film Composers (AWFC) is “a community of composers and colleagues who strive to support and celebrate the work of women composers through advocacy and education.” Their panel series Inside Sessions connect AWFC members at home and around the world, featuring different guests each session with a unique perspective to share with the community.
Composer Tangelene Bolton will be participating in the upcoming Inside Session panel Women Composers in Animation, moderated by fellow composer Connor Cook. In this panel viewers will get to know the animation scoring process across various genres. Four composers wil chat about their past work scoring for animation, the ins-and-outs of the craft, and what goes into creating an animated score from start to finish.
Don’t miss this upcoming panel tomorrow, October 11th at 10AM PST, with fellow composers Amanda Cawley (Fireman Sam), Brittany Dunton, (Itsy Mitsy), and Jesi Nelson (Curses!) all discuss their past experience scoring for animation as well. Click the zoom link below to virtually join!
