Caleb & Brian Chan Nominated for 2023 Canadian Screen Award

Vancouver-based composer duo Caleb & Brian Chan have been nominated twice in the 2023 Canadian Screen Awards for Best Original Music, Animation: one nomination for the Pinecone & Pony (Apple TV+) episode “Lance Or Not / Treat Your Creature”, as well as another for the episodes from Team Zenko Go (Netflix) titled “Harmony Harbor’s Holiday Surprise, Part 1 and 2”.

This is not the first time the composing brothers have garnered award nominations for their excellent music. Both of the aforementioned series’ scores have previously earned them CASMA nominations for Best Original Score for a Children’s Program or Series. Moreover, the duo’s work on Angry Birds: Summer Madness (Netflix) won them a Leo Award for Best Musical Score in an Animation Program or Series.
